Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TXCO ("Software"), provided by DentalED Global ("we", "our", "us"). By using TXCO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Software

TXCO is a communication-support tool designed to analyse clinical conversations and generate communication guidance. It provides informational insights only. TXCO does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions and patient communication remain the sole responsibility of the user.

2. No Clinical Responsibility or Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any suggestions, guidance, or transcripts generated by TXCO are general in nature and must not be relied upon as clinical advice.
• We accept no liability for clinical decisions, patient dissatisfaction, miscommunication, or any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Software.

You use TXCO at your own risk.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

TXCO may contain inaccuracies in transcription or interpretation. Suggested strategies may not suit every patient or situation. You must independently assess all information before using it clinically. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

4. User Responsibilities

By using TXCO, you agree to:

• Exercise professional judgment at all times.
• Comply with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and obtain patient consent where required.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or resell the Software.

5. Data and Privacy

TXCO processes conversational data solely to generate communication guidance. Users are responsible for obtaining patient consent. Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time and are not responsible for downtime or data loss.

7. Fees and Usage Rights

Where TXCO is offered under a paid plan:

• Access is granted only while fees are paid and the account remains active.
• No ownership, distribution rights, or sublicensing rights are granted.
• Access may be revoked for breach of these Terms.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses related to your clinical decisions, use or misuse of the Software, or breach of these Terms.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TXCO constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
